Privacy Statement — Developer Projects at Azathought.com

Last updated: 2026-06-02

What this is

This page covers developer projects and applications run under azathought.com by Azathought (“the developer”). These are personal experiments and tools — not products, and not offered to anyone else.

If you landed here from an OAuth consent screen and you are not the developer, the app you are about to authorize is not meant for you. Please close the consent screen and do not grant access.

What’s covered

OAuth client apps, API integrations, automation workflows, dashboards, and other personal projects hosted at or associated with azathought.com and its subdomains.

Who uses these projects

Just the developer. There are no other users, no accounts for anyone else, and no plan to onboard anyone.

What data is accessed

When the developer authorizes one of these projects via OAuth, the app may read data from the developer’s own accounts on third-party services — for example, Google Drive files, Gmail messages, Calendar events, YouTube channel data, or GitHub repositories. The exact scopes are shown on the provider’s consent screen at authorization time.

These projects do not access, collect, or process data belonging to anyone other than the developer.

What the data is used for

To power the developer’s personal workflows: automations, dashboards, AI experiments, personal archives, and similar. Nothing else.

Where data lives

On infrastructure the developer controls — self-hosted servers, the developer’s own cloud accounts, or local machines. OAuth tokens are kept in restricted-access storage.

Sharing

Nothing accessed by these projects is sold, shared, or sent to any third party. No ads, no analytics, no profiling.

Compliance with Google’s Limited Use requirements

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app by these projects adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, Google user data accessed by these projects is not:

  • used to train generalized or third-party AI/ML models;
  • sold to third parties, data brokers, or resellers;
  • used for serving advertising, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising;
  • used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
  • transferred to or accessed by humans, except as required for security, legal compliance, or with the developer’s own explicit consent (the developer being the only user).

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only as long as it is useful. OAuth access can be revoked at any time from the provider’s account settings (for example, Google Account → Security → Third-party apps).

Security

Data accessed by these projects is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on the developer’s infrastructure. OAuth tokens are kept in restricted-access storage. Because this is a personal-scope project, the only data at risk is the developer’s own.

Children

These projects are not directed at children and are not used by anyone other than the developer.

Changes

This page may be updated as the developer’s projects change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
